Hello! Welcome to my Blog!

Austin Garland: My political ideology is consistently liberal. Some of the people that have had a major influence on my political views are Barack Obama, Martin Luther King Jr, Abraham Lincoln, and Colin Kaepernick. I've voted for equal opportunities for anyone who'd like to take part in after school activities and have attended LGBTQ meetings in support of friends and to encourage a brighter more accepting future for all. I'm taking American Government to gain a more in depth understanding of what is currently being done in the American Government, and to acquire the knowledge I need to take a stand for what I believe is right. I'm hoping to acquire whatever information I need to be able to partake in lectures where I can share my opinion based on the facts that I've learned. On the Civil Knowledge Survey I was ranked Philosopher-King, and I received an 80% on the Current Events Quiz.
